Wikis are an interesting concepts. It seems very practical for collaborative work, student and professional. I can see an application with my advanced reading/writing class when they are reading and discussing books in book club. They also have a final project that would lend itself well to a wiki. I was very impressed with Google Earth. I had accesssed it before but I had no idea all of the possibilities, especially for social studies!
