Thing 14
After setting up a Delicious account and tagging some website for school, I'm excited to do more. I am curious to see how this will work at school. Will it be difficult to set up on the school network?

Delicious works fine on the school network. It's great because you can access it from anywhere. If you know another teacher with a Delicious account who teaches similar content, ask them to share their username. Under the People menu, you will see the option "Go to a user".

Delicious would also be great if your students had their own account. You could share the bookmarks you wanted them to use for school projects and they could access them through your account. The only drawback is that the students would need to set up their own account and would need an active email account to do so. This could prove difficult for students who do not have internet access at home or who would need parent permission to set up an email account. Something to think about though!

Keep in mind that you can share bookmarks with students even if they don't have an account. They can use the Search feature to access your links if they know your username. No account required.
